This is probably the best building site in all of Rochester Hills. There are over 7 acres of land and it backs to the Municipal Nature Park and river. The topography would allow for a walk out basement, and there are very few restrictions within the neighborhood, so one would be able to do a large outbuilding, guest house or a collector’s garage. The neighborhood still has a rural feel and yet it is very accessible to highways and shopping.
